Do I own the logos I create? Commercial rights explained

Logos generated on a paid plan carry a permanent commercial license that survives cancellation. Free-plan logos do not.

Yes. Every logo generated on a paid plan comes with a commercial license, and that license is permanent. It stays valid even if you later cancel your subscription or your plan ends. Logos generated on the free plan are not licensed for commercial use.

What the commercial license covers

Logos you generate on a paid plan can be used for business purposes, with no additional fee and no expiry. That covers the ordinary uses of a brand logo, including your website, your app, your packaging, your signage and your marketing.

If your plan for the logo goes beyond using it as your own brand mark, for example reselling it or redistributing it as a design asset, contact us before you commit so we can confirm it in writing.

What happens if I cancel

The license on everything you already generated while paying stays valid forever. Cancelling ends your access to the app and to your monthly credits. It does not affect logos you already made.

If you bought a credit pack, the unused balance stays in your account. Pack credits never expire, but spending them requires an active paid subscription, so they wait until you subscribe again.

The free plan

Logos generated on the free plan are for testing and personal use only. They also download at a fixed 512 × 512 size with a watermark. To use a logo commercially, generate it on a paid plan.

No ongoing fees

There are no royalties, no per-use charges and no renewal required to keep using a logo you generated on a paid plan.
