Credits are the currency for everything you generate. They are charged per generated image. Paid plans return 4 options per generation and the free plan returns 2, so one paid Text to Logo generation costs 4 × 2 = 8 credits.

When you are not charged
A failed generation costs nothing. If a generation fails, no credits are deducted.
Partial failures are charged pro rata. If you ask for 4 images and 3 save correctly, you are charged for 3. This happens automatically and you do not need to contact support.
When credits refresh
Monthly credits reset on your renewal date. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
There is one exception. If you upgrade to a higher plan while you still have credits left, the remaining credits are added to the new plan's allowance. Upgrading from Basic with 700 credits left to Pro gives you 2,500 + 700 = 3,200 credits.
Buying more credits
If you run out before your renewal date, you can buy a credit pack. Pack credits never expire, and buying or spending them requires an active paid subscription.
