Logos download as SVG or transparent PNG. On a paid plan, PNGs come at original size with no watermark and can be resized to 1024, 2048 or 4096 pixels. On the free plan, downloads are fixed at 512 × 512 and carry a watermark.
Free and paid downloads compared
| Free plan | Paid plans |
Size | Fixed 512 × 512 | Original size, or 1024 / 2048 / 4096 |
Watermark | Yes | No |
Image compression | Same on both | Same on both |
Commercial license | No | Yes, permanent |
The image compression is identical on free and paid. The differences are size, the watermark, and the license.
Getting an SVG
Generated logos start as images. Run one through the Vectorizer to get an SVG: 5 credits for standard, 8 credits for HQ. HQ produces cleaner paths and is the better choice for print.
The free plan includes 2 standard vectorizations per month and does not include the HQ vectorizer.
Making it larger without vectorizing
The Upscaler increases the resolution of an image while keeping it as a PNG. 2× costs 5 credits and 4× costs 20 credits. 4× upscaling is available on Pro and Elite.
For print, the SVG is almost always the better answer than an upscaled PNG.
PDF and EPS
PDF and EPS export are coming soon. Until they arrive, send your printer the SVG. An SVG can be converted to PDF or EPS in any vector editor, and many print shops will accept the SVG directly.
