Logo Diffusion is a very new service and our team is still quite small at this stage. We are diligently working to expand our capabilities on a daily basis. How can I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel a subscription, you need to go to your "User Profile" page like the following:

after that you need to click on "Subscription management and invoices"

on this page you can cancel your plan by clicking on "Cancel Plan", download previous invoices, or change your payment method.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the Logo Diffusion service, we do not issue refunds. The only exception we would consider a refund is if the service is having severe functionality issues, for an extended period of time.
